Helping to Avoid Homelessness
The Housing Assistance Program helps low-income individuals and working families in crisis avoid homelessness by providing financial assistance and the resources and tools necessary to become self-reliant. Through this program, clients can find safe, secure and sanitary living conditions.
Services that we provide include:
- Rent/mortgage and utility assistance
- Temporary shelter/permanent housing
- Home repairs for homeowners
- Case management
- Referrals and resources
- Service planning
- Employment services
To Qualify for Services...
Recipients of housing assistance are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless because of eviction or mortgage foreclosure, a utility shut-off, or are in need of an emergency home repair. To qualify, you must meet income guidelines, at or below 50% of the area median income level.

Want to Help?
Financial contributions are accepted throughout the year. Donations may be made through this website, dropped off Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, or mailed to 4116 McClay Road, St. Charles, MO 63304.
Clothing donations are only accepted if the clothing is new. Donations of furniture are frequently accepted, but only if we have a family to immediately furnish. Donations of furniture will not be accepted on site.
