How To Help
Create a Legacy
CREATE A LEGACY
You can leave a legacy and support the mission of Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service by planning future charitable gifts. Including the Care Service in your estate plan will not only assist you in reaching and achieving your own philanthropic and charitable giving goals, but it will also allow the Care Service to continue serving the community and furthering our mission, to serve those in crisis and to prevent homelessness and hunger, for years to come.
There are many charitable planned giving options. For example, you can make a planned gift by naming the Care Service as a beneficiary of your last will and testament, life insurance policy or retirement plan. You can also name the Care Service as a beneficiary of a charitable trust. Your attorney or financial advisor can assist you in establishing a trust that is tailored to your personal needs.
Planned giving strategies may have a greater tax benefit to some individuals than to others, so please consult with your attorney or financial advisor on which strategy would work best for you. If you, your attorney or financial advisor have questions, please contact us by calling (636) 441-1302, ext. 263 or emailing us at email@example.com.
Other Ways to Help...
Financial contributions are important for client assistance and for daily operations which keep our programs running, and enable us to to deliver the highest level of services to the most people possible.
There are lots of ways your contributions help us to deliver services to our clients. While we receive grants and other funds for direct services to our clients, operational funds and funds for other critical needs or emergencies are more difficult to come by. While you can specify if you would like to donate to a particular program, unrestricted donations provide us with more flexibility to serve clients by addressing the greatest immediate needs regardless of the source of funding. Whether you make an unrestricted contribution or specify a restricted use, we are grateful for your support. To make a donation via PayPal, click on one of the choices below. You can also mail your check to us at 4116 N. McClay Road, St. Charles, MO 63304, or stop by and visit us in person.
The Care Service gratefully accepts donations of food, cleaning supplies, personal care items, and school supplies throughout the year. Donations may be dropped off Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm at 4116 McClay Road, St. Charles.
Over the past 32 years, the Care Service has built strong ties with the community and relies heavily on this collaboration to carry out our mission. In addition to monetary support and in-kind contributions, we regularly receive volunteer service from local businesses, churches, schools, health providers, civic organizations and individuals and families in the community. Our volunteers alone dedicate over 100,000 hours of their time each year.
We also partner with many agencies and community resources to fill the gaps of service that are necessary to help clients reach sustainability. Without the efforts of the entire community, we would not be able to successfully assist thousands each year with services to help them overcome their crises.
Not only do these partnerships bring people together and contribute to the overall health of our local communities by preventing homelessness today, they also impact systemic change for the future.
