The Housing Assistance Program helps low-income individuals and working families in crisis avoid homelessness by providing financial assistance and the resources and tools necessary to become self-reliant. Through this program, clients can find safe, secure and sanitary living conditions.

- Temporary shelter/permanent housing
- Home repairs for homeowners
- Essential case management
- Referrals and resources
- Service planning
To Qualify for Services...
Recipients of housing assistance are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless because of eviction or mortgage foreclosure, a utility shut-off, or are in need of an emergency home repair. To qualify, you must meet income guidelines, at or below 50% of the area median income level, and be residents of St. Charles, Lincoln or Warren counties for at least six months prior to receiving assistance.

Financial contributions are accepted throughout the year. Donations may be made through this website, dropped off Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, or mailed to 4116 McClay Road, St. Charles, MO 63304. Clothing donations are only accepted if the clothing is new. Donations of furniture are frequently accepted, but only if we have a family to immediately furnish. Donations of furniture will not be accepted on site. Please call in advance to (636) 441-1302, ext. 263 if you have furniture you would like to donate.
